Our advisory services are fee-based and independent. We receive compensation through commissions paid by the insurance providers. The structure and amount of these commissions depend on the product category and the specific insurer.

5.45% – 9.00% of the Premium Commission shared with Procare Vorsorge AG (60% to Vita Finance). Covers consultation, product recommendation, and continued client support across the policy term. X

Private Liability Insurance i

Private Liability Insurance

4.5% – 9% of the Premium Commission is based on agreements with insurers, with 60% paid to Vita Finance. Enables tailored coverage selection and full-service support during claims. X

Health Insurance i

Health Insurance

CHF 70 (Basic) up to 16 Monthly Premiums (Supplementary) Regulated by Swiss law. Vita Finance adheres strictly to federal guidelines. Compensation varies depending on product type and provider. For certain insurers, we also receive a fixed commission for a 3-year support period: CHF 250 from Swica, CHF 180 from Visana, and CHF 150 from Sympany. X

Technical Insurance i

4.8% – 9% of the Premium Advisory services are brokered via Procare Vorsorge AG. Vita Finance receives 60% of the commission to support expert advice and long-term client service. X

9.00% of the Premium Commission is fixed, with 60% passed on to Vita Finance. Covers needs-based insurance selection, ongoing policy support, and claim handling. X

2.4% – 9% (Liability) / 4.8% – 9% (Comprehensive) Split by insurance component. Vita Finance receives 60% of the total commission via Procare. Full-service support across all vehicle modules is included. X

CHF 20 – CHF 450 per Policy Commission varies by product structure and coverage. Supports policy guidance, product fit, and full legal support assistance throughout the coverage term. X

For basic insurance, we receive a flat CHF 70 per policy, including cross-border commuter plans. Supplemental insurance pays up to 16 monthly premiums depending on the product. Commission is fully canceled if the policy ends within 12 months. X

Visana i

Visana

For Visana, we receive CHF 70 for the basic insurance. If a client takes out both basic and supplemental insurance, we receive a commission of 16 net monthly premiums for the supplemental coverage, plus an additional service fee of CHF 180. If only supplemental insurance is concluded, the commission is typically 12 net monthly premiums. If the policy is cancelled within 12 months, the entire commission is revoked. X

In private pension solutions, we receive a commission based on the following formula: annual premium × contract duration (in years, depending on the product, max. 20 to 40 years) × 50‰. Depending on total production volume, an additional compensation of up to 4‰ may be granted. X

Generali i

Generali

For private pension products with Generali, we receive a commission of 44‰ of the total production volume, which is calculated as the annual premium multiplied by the contract duration (maximum 35 to 45 years, depending on the product) and a specific crediting rate. Depending on overall production volume, an additional commission of 0 to 7‰ may be granted. For legal protection insurance, we receive 18.125% of the net annual premium multiplied by the number of contract years. In addition, we receive the following commissions for other insurance products: 7.5% for daily sickness benefit (KTG), 8.5% for motor vehicle insurance (MF), 15% for Modula, 15% for Prisma / Casa, 15% for Technica / Montage, 15% for individual accident insurance, and 6.5% for UVG-O / UVG-Z. We receive CHF 70 for basic health insurance. For supplementary products, 12–16 net monthly premiums are paid depending on the term and upgrades. Short-term cancellations reduce or eliminate commissions. X

Innova i

Innova

Most supplementary plans pay up to 16 monthly premiums. Certain hospital insurances are capped at 10 or 12. Travel insurance pays 5. A 5% ongoing commission applies for managed portfolios above 96% retention. X

Groupe Mutuel i

Groupe Mutuel

We receive 16 net monthly premiums for the following supplementary products: AB, AD, AJ, AM, BH, GL, GM, GP, GX, HB, HC1, ID, KH, KP, SD, and SO. For DA, GB, GF, GK, GO1, GO2, HS, MU, SA, Safety Pro, SC, and SP, the commission is 12 net monthly premiums. For DP, HC2, HC3, HC4, GO3, and GO4, we receive 6 net monthly premiums. No commission is paid for DK, GC, GI, and SB. Short-term cancellations may reduce or completely revoke the commission. X

Swica

We receive CHF 70 for basic health insurance and up to 16 net monthly premiums for supplementary insurance. If both basic and supplementary insurance are concluded together, we receive an additional CHF 250 as a service fee for a 3-year support period. Short-term cancellations may reduce or eliminate the commission. X

KPT i

KPT

We receive CHF 70 for basic health insurance. For supplementary insurance, we receive 16 net monthly premiums for Pulse, 12 net monthly premiums for all other products, except for dental insurance, where we receive 6 net monthly premiums. Short-term cancellations may reduce or eliminate the commission. X

ÖKK i

Basic coverage pays CHF 70. Supplemental insurance pays 12–16 monthly premiums based on product. Cancellation within 12 months results in full commission loss. X

We receive CHF 70 for basic plans (under age 65). Supplementary policies typically pay 12 monthly premiums. If a certain number of new clients are enrolled, we may receive up to 3 additional monthly premiums as a bonus. Commission is canceled for short-term cancellations. X

Basic insurance pays CHF 70. Supplementary products pay 15 monthly premiums, with some products like Denta Plus capped at 12. Early cancellations lead to commission forfeiture. X

For private pension products, we receive a commission of 45‰ of the total production volume, calculated as the annual premium multiplied by the contract duration (in years) and a fixed rate. The commission is paid out monthly on a pro rata basis over 36 months. In the case of short-term cancellations, the remaining commission payments are discontinued and already paid amounts may be reclaimed. X

For private pension products, we receive a commission of 46‰ of the total production volume, calculated as the annual premium multiplied by the contract duration (in years) and a fixed rate. For products with die Mobiliar, the commission varies significantly depending on the specific product and various client-related factors.
