What You Bring

  • check icon Mandatory VBV certification or an equivalent qualification
  • check icon Minimum 1 year of insurance industry experience required
  • check icon Fluent German (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
  • check icon Strong communication skills and confident, articulate expression
  • check icon Customer-oriented, personable, and resilient personality who enjoys working with people
  • check icon High level of initiative, commitment, and determination to achieve goals
  • check icon Confident use of PC applications and modern digital tools
  • check icon A team player with a passion for sales and a positive attitude
